BreakOutSessionReservation ("the App") is a Zoom App that helps meeting hosts plan and open Zoom breakout rooms.
1. Information we access
While you use the App during a Zoom meeting, the App accesses meeting participants' display names and participant identifiers (participantUUID) through the Zoom Apps SDK, solely to assign participants to breakout rooms. This processing happens locally within the Zoom client and is not transmitted to or stored on our servers.
2. Data we store
- We do not store personal data on our servers.
- We do not retain Zoom OAuth tokens. Authorization is used only to enable in-meeting host actions and is not persisted.
- Breakout "patterns" you save are stored only in your browser's local storage on your own device, and are not sent to our servers.
3. Cookies and analytics
The App does not use cookies or any third-party analytics or tracking.
4. Third parties
We do not sell or share your information with third parties.
5. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict its processing. Because the App does not store personal data on our servers, we generally hold no such data to disclose or delete. Any breakout "patterns" you saved are stored only in your browser and can be viewed or cleared by you at any time. BreakOutSessionReservation（以下「本アプリ」）は、Zoomミーティングのホストがブレイクアウトルームを計画・開始するためのZoomアプリです。
1. 取得する情報
本アプリは、Zoomミーティング中のご利用時に、ブレイクアウトルームへの割り当てのためにのみ、参加者の表示名および参加者識別子（participantUUID）をZoom Apps SDK経由で取得します。これらの処理はZoomクライアント内で完結し、当社サーバーへ送信・保存することはありません。
2. 保存するデータ
- 当社サーバーに個人情報を保存しません。
- Zoom OAuthトークンを保持しません。認可はミーティング中のホスト操作を可能にするためだけに使用し、保存しません。
- 保存した「パターン」はご利用端末のブラウザ内（localStorage）にのみ保存され、当社サーバーへは送信されません。
3. Cookie・解析
本アプリはCookieや第三者による解析・トラッキングを使用しません。
4. 第三者提供
取得した情報を第三者に販売・提供することはありません。
5. 利用者の権利
利用者は、自己の個人データへのアクセス・訂正・削除を求め、また処理の停止・制限を求める権利を有します。本アプリは当社サーバーに個人データを保存しないため、通常、開示・削除の対象となるデータを保有していません。保存した「パターン」はご自身のブラウザ内にのみ保存され、いつでもご自身で確認・削除できます。権利の行使やご質問は mail@t-box.media までご連絡ください。合理的な期間内に対応いたします。
